Shipping policy

Canadian orders: Beanie orders of 1-4 beanies are shipped untracked for $4CDN via Canada Post with an arrival time of 4-10 business days. Beanie orders of 5+ will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited with tracking for $12CDN. Single Lovey orders will ship via Canada Post untracked for $CDN whiles orders of 2+ Lovey's will ship via Canada Post Expedited for $12CDN. Blankets will also be shipped via Canada Post Tracked for $15CDN, this includes tracking. 

US orders: all items, except blankets, ship via Canada Post Standard, which is untracked, for $10CDN. These take approx. 4- 10 business days to arrive. Upgraded tracked shipping is also available at checkout. Blankets ship via Canada Post Tracked for $15CDN.

**I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. It is rare that a parcel does go missing, however, if you do not want to risk a lost package please upgrade to the tracked shipping method. **

All items, other than blankets, are ready to ship in 7 business days! Please refer to the turn around time outlined in each blanket listing as these are made to order and have a turn around time of approx. 3 weeks.
